With extensive experience in both the construction and insurance industries, JP provides a unique perspective as a public adjuster. Because of JP’s background in the construction and insurance industries, he has cultivated relationships with professionals in both fields and has a heavily developed knowledge of how the process works on each end. JP’s knowledge of construction and restoration is beneficial in assessing a loss, often recognizing small details that may otherwise get overlooked.
As a public adjuster for the insured, JP’s goal for the K-Factor Advocates team is to help customers recover from catastrophic events by helping them acquire maximum settlements to restore their damaged property. Helping customers receive a fair settlement is the driving force behind the company. In his own words, “I don’t believe anyone should have to settle with an insurance company for less than what they are owed, and they should be fully indemnified in the settlement offer based on policy obligations and state law.”
